All orders are non-refundable. Returns are not accepted as our products are perishable items.
If there are any issues with the post office, unfortunately we are unable to refund your order.
Shipping Policy
All orders are sealed in plastic bags to ensure no oxygen exposure. Cookies are then individually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in our boxes with fragile stickers. With all this in mind, we can not guarantee shipping on a specified date or the quality of your order once it has left our possession. We can guarantee however that your order will be sent out as soon and carefully as possible.
